Baked Buffalo Chicken Dip

  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded or chopped
  • ½ cup and 2 tablespoons buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 packet ranch dressing seasoning mix
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 (8 ounces) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded Colby jack cheese
  • Sliced green onions, for garnish
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In stand mixer bowl, place chicken, ½ cup buffalo wing sauce, ranch seasoning, sour cream, cream cheese, and most of the Colby jack cheese (reserving some for topping). Mix until well blended.
  3. Spread buffalo chicken mixture into small casserole dish. Bake for 15 minutes.
  4. Top the dip with remaining buffalo wing sauce and cheese. Return to oven and bake for another 5 to 10 minutes until warm and bubbly.
  5. Garnish with sliced green onion.
