An easy Crock-Pot Roast recipe that uses only 3 ingredients.
  • 1 (3 to 4 pound) beef chuck or round roast
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  1. Pour olive oil in the bottom of the slow cooker liner or spritz with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Place beef roast in the crock with the fatty side up so the fat drippings baste the roast as it cooks. Rub onion soup mix into all sides of the roast. Pour red wine vinegar over seasoning. Cover with lid.
  3. Cook on low for 8 hours or until fork-tender.
  4. Pull apart roast using two forks and serve.
