- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp paprika
- dash pepper
- 6 oz can tomato paste
- 2 cans water
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire
- 2 Tbsp vinegar
- ½ cup ketchup
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1tsp onion powder
- 1 Tbsp dijon
- 1 tsp Chicago Steak seasoning (smoke, lemon zest, sugar, pepper, onion and garlic)
- 1 cup Bisquick
- 1 egg
- ½ milk
- 1 cup cheese
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Brown up 1 to 1-1/2 pounds ground beef in cast iron skillet. Pour off grease.
- While ground beef is browning, place sauce ingredient in bowl and stir to combine well.
- After pouring off the grease, add sauce ingredients to the pan and heat through.
- Mix up the topping and pour over the filling.
- Place skillet in the oven and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown.
You can also make this in an 8 inch square baking dish.
