Ingredients
  • 1 - 1½ lbs. Ground beef
Sauce:
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • dash pepper
  • 6 oz can tomato paste
  • 2 cans water
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire
  • 2 Tbsp vinegar
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1tsp onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp dijon
  • 1 tsp Chicago Steak seasoning (smoke, lemon zest, sugar, pepper, onion and garlic)
Topping:
  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • 1 egg
  • ½ milk
  • 1 cup cheese
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Brown up 1 to 1-1/2 pounds ground beef in cast iron skillet. Pour off grease.
  2. While ground beef is browning, place sauce ingredient in bowl and stir to combine well.
  3. After pouring off the grease, add sauce ingredients to the pan and heat through.
  4. Mix up the topping and pour over the filling.
  5. Place skillet in the oven and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
You can also make this in an 8 inch square baking dish.
