Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients
  • 6 - 8 chicken thighs
  • ¼ cup teriyaki sauce (to make this gluten-free use Bragg's Liquid Aminos)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger ( or ½ teaspoon ground ginger)
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon finely diced onion
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a small bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, honey, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and onion.
  3. Place chicken thighs ugly side up in a baking dish. Drizzle half of marinade over the meat.
  4. Place in the oven and cook for 20 minutes. Flip the chicken and drizzle with the remaining marinade. Bake for an additional 20 minutes or until juices run clear.
