Place the potatoes, green beans, ham, onions, and garlic in a 13 x 9 baking pan.
Drizzle the ham and vegetables with the oil. Toss to coat. Then sprinkle the parsley, seasoned salt, celery seed, and pepper over the meat and vegetables. Toss to evenly distribute the spices.
Bake at 425 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
