Hummus Crusted Salmon

  • 1 pound salmon
  • ½ cup garlic hummus
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary, crush the rosemary to release the flavor
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Place fish in a greased pan, skin side down.
  3. In a small bowl mix hummus and rosemary.
  4. Spread the hummus over the top of the salmon.
  5. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the top is slightly brown.
