A delicious cinnamon bark recipe with dried fruit and pumpkin seeds.
Ingredients
  • 10-ounce bag Cinnamon chips
  • 12 ounces white chocolate pieces
  • 1 cup diced dried fruit (I used a mix of apple, pear, peach, and apricot)
  • ¼ cup cranberries
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds or chopped nuts (I used Pumpkin Pie Spiced Roasted Pumpkin Seeds)
Directions
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Melt cinnamon pieces in the microwave according to the directions on the package.
  3. Spread melted cinnamon chips out on the parchment paper.
  4. Place baking sheet in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  5. Dice dried fruit while the cinnamon layer is freezing.
  6. Melt white chocolate pieces in the microwave according to the directions on the package.
  7. Stir dried fruit and cranberries into the melted white chocolate.
  8. Spread melted white chocolate mixture on top of the cinnamon layer.
  9. Sprinkle pumpkin seeds over the top of the white chocolate.
  10. Place baking sheet in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  11. Remove the bark from the freezer and break into pieces.
  12. Store in an airtight container.
