1/2 vegetable shortening
1/2 cup butter
4 Tablespoons cocoa
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups small marshmallows

In a small bowl, combine sugar and flour; set aside.
In a small sauce pan, add pepsi-cola, butter, shortening, and cocoa; bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and stir in flour mixture. Beat in eggs. Add buttermilk, baking soda, vanilla, and marshmallows; mix well.
Pour into a greased 13×9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes, then spread with cola frosting. I serve it from the baking dish.

Melissa, Brenda is right; this is an easy cake to make.
I don't know what grocery stores are in your area, but I have found Pepsi Throwback at Safeway and Raley's.

I've always wanted to try cola cake, but I've never done it. I haven't seen Pepsi Throwback in stores, either, but not for lack of looking!
