  • 4 cups cauliflower rice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • a dash of ground pepper


  • Rice the cauliflower using a knife, grater, blender, or food processor.
  • Warm the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the cauliflower rice, garlic powder, onion powder, seasoned salt, and pepper. Stir to coat the cauliflower rice with the spices.
  • Cook the cauliflower rice over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower rice is tender, approximately 5 minutes.
