Ingredients

of rolled oats
1/2

of apple sauce
1/3
cup
of sweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2

apple pie spice

chopped walnuts
optional

Instructions
Add the rolled oats to a mason jar or other lidded container.
Add the almond milk, applesauce and spices. Stir until completely mixed.
If you would like, add chopped walnuts and apple pieces.
Seal the container and refrigerate for 6-8 hours. Serve cold or warm.
Notes
Modifications: If you use regular unsweetened almond milk or regular milk, add 1 teaspoon of honey and 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla.
