Ingredients
1/2
cup
old fashioned rolled oats
1/2
cup
vanilla Greek yogurt
or one single serving container
1/3
cup
of vanilla almond milk or your choice of milk
1/4
cup
diced fresh Apricots
add more to taste
2
Tablespoons
chopped cashews
1/4
tsp
cinnamon
Instructions
Add the rolled oats to a mason jar or another lidded container.
Add the almond milk, yogurt and cinnamon and mix with the oats.
Add apricots to taste. You can substitute peaches or nectarines for the apricots.
Add the cashews and stir until thoroughly mixed.
Refrigerate for 6-8 hours. Serve cold.
