In small bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, lemon juice and soy sauce.
Add in garlic powder, ginger, onion powder and Sugar or Splenda until well blended.
Stir in Sesame and poppy seeds.
Pour over shredded cabbage and carrots and mix until thoroughly coated.

Optional Ad-Ins: For added flavor you may add 3-4 sliced Green Onions, 1 Cup Sprouts, 1 package ramen noodles uncooked and crushed or even 2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast to create a full meal.
