white rice
Basmati is my favorite

vegetable or chicken broth

tablespoons
olive oil

teaspoon
garlic powder
1
teaspoon
onion powder
1/4
teaspoon
salt
1/4
teaspoon
black pepper
1
teaspoon
fresh or 1 tablespoon dried parsley
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place the rice in a 13 x 9 casserole dish.
Pour the broth and oil over the rice. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and parsley.
Stir well. Tightly cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and fluff with a fork.
