Ingredients

stew meat
any inexpensive meat, with fat trimmed and cut into bite size pieces

cups
leftover broth

potatoes
chopped

carrots
chopped

celery stick
chopped

can corn
drained
1 1/2

frozen green beans

cups
uncooked noodles
I used gluten free noodles

Tablespoons
of corn starch
optional
Instructions
In a large pot, brown meat.
Add broth, potatoes, carrots, and celery and bring to a boil.
Add noodles, green beans, and corn; bring back to a boil and cook for 10 minutes or until the noodles are al dente. Serve immediately.
