Ingredients

strawberries
raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, or any combination of the 4.

grated peel of one orange

I like to use the juice from the orange I zested.

Instructions
Puree the fruit in a food processor. Pour into a bowl; add orange zest, orange juice, and sugar to taste.
Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
Serve chilled over angel food cake or pound cake. Top with whipped cream and/or fresh fruit.
