Lactose Free Whole Milk Yogurt

fresh Cantaloupe
4-5
slices
Gala Apples

sliced Strawberries

Hemp Hearts

chopped Pistachios

ounce
Dark Chocolate Syrup
Instructions
Directions:
On the inside of a glass squeeze about an ounce of dark chocolate syrup.
Spoon in the glass a 1/2 cup of lactose-free yogurt.
Add sliced cantaloupe, strawberries, and apples.
Sprinkle hemp hearts and add chopped pistachios.
Serve.
