Cranberry and Citrus Mint Cocktail

Ingredients

ounce
agave nectar
1
ounce
ginger beer
1.5
ounces
tequila
2
ounces
cran-apple juice
2
fresh mint leaves for muddling + 2 mint leaves for garnish
2
grapefruit slices for garnish
ice cubes
Instructions
In the bottom of a cocktail shaker muddle two 2 fresh mint leaves.
Add agave nectar, cran-apple juice, tequila, and ice.
Secure the lid on the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
Strain into a chilled glass, top with ginger beer, and give it a slow swirl.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves and slices of grapefruit.
Serve.
