Instructions
Place the roast in the bottom of the Crock-Pot.
Place the chopped onion, potatoes, celery, baby carrots, and garlic in the Crock-Pot, tucking them into any open spaces around the roast.
Pour the beef broth over the roast and vegetables. Then sprinkle the salt and pepper over the meat and veggies.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours or until the beef is cooked through and the vegetables are fork tender. Serve warm.
