Organic Maple Syrup

Granny Smith Apple Slices

Golden Berries cut in half

Instructions
Directions:
Drizzle a tablespoon of maple syrup into the bottom of a glass.
Spoon half a cup of lactose-free yogurt into a glass.
Add sliced strawberries, golden berries , blueberries, and apples.
Sprinkle on the trail mix, dark chocolate covered hemp seeds and chia seeds.
Serve.
