potatoes

cloves
minced garlic

butter

half and half

teaspoon
garlic and seasoning

Instructions
Dice potatoes and put them on to boil.
Mince garlic clove.
Saute garlic clove in 2 tablespoons butter.
Strain the potatoes.
Mash the potatoes with a hand-help potato masher or place them in your mixer to mash.
Stir in the sautéed garlic, the remaining butter, and the half and half.
Place the mashed potatoes in a bowl and then sprinkle with garlic and herb seasoning.
