1cupbutterscotch morselsplus extra for placing on top of cookies if desired
3 1/2cupsinstant oats
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Add the butter, milk, and sugar in a large pot. Bring to a boil over medium to medium-high heat. Let boil while stirring for one minute.
Remove the pot from the heat and add the butterscotch morsels, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Stir the mixture until the butterscotch chips have mostly melted.
Add the oatmeal and stir until all of the ingredients are well combined.
Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop the mixture on to the baking sheet. Press 2 - 3 morsels into the top of each cookie
