Ingredients

whole cranberries

orange juice
zest of one orange

coconut sugar
or other granulated sugar

cup
honey

teaspoon
cinnamon
Instructions
Add the cranberries, orange zest, orange juice, sugar, honey, and cinnamon to a medium pot.
Cook, while stirring over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
Once the sugar dissolves bring the mixture to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour the sauce into a bowl and cover it. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Serve the Cranberry-Orange Sauce chilled.
