Ingredients

cauliflower rice

chopped
Juice of one lime
Salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the cauliflower rice and cilantro to the pan. Saute cauliflower rice with cilantro for 4-5 minutes.
Add the lime juice to the rice, tossing to thoroughly coat the rice. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
