Place the candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl and melt according to package directions.
Drizzle melted red, white, and blue candy coating over one side of the popcorn.
Sprinkle 1/2 of the M&Ms on the candy-coated popcorn.
Place the popcorn in the freezer for a couple of minutes or in the refrigerator for 5 - 10 minutes to harden the white chocolate.
Gently flip the popcorn and then drizzle the melted red, white, and blue candy coating over the other side of the popcorn. Sprinkle 1/2 of the M&Ms on the candy-coated popcorn.
Place the popcorn in the freezer for a couple of minutes or in the refrigerator for 5 - 10 minutes to harden the chocolate.
Once the candy coating has hardened, place the popcorn in a bowl, and serve.

Store the uneaten popcorn in an airtight container at room temperature.
