Instructions
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cut the cauliflower into 1-inch pieces, removing the leaves, but keeping as much of the stem as you can.
Place on a baking sheet in an even layer, making sure not to overlap any of the cauliflower pieces.
Drizzle with olive oil. Then toss the cauliflower florets to evenly coat them with oil.
Sprinkle the florets with garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper. Then toss the cauliflower florets to evenly coat them with oil.
Roast for 8 minutes. Then flip the cauliflower over and cook for another 6 minutes or until golden brown on top and fork-tender.
