Salted Caramel Chocolate Covered Rice Krispie Treat

package Mini Marshmallows

Salted Butter

Rice Krispies Cereal
1/3
cup
Salted Caramel Sauce
we used Smucker's All Natural

bag Semisweet Chocolate Chips
Non-stick spray
Instructions
Melt butter in a medium saucepan.
Add mini marshmallows to melted butter and stir until almost completely melted.
Add in salted caramel sauce and continue to stir
Pour cereal into large bowl then pour melted marshmallow and caramel sauce mixture over cereal.
Stir until well coated.
Lightly spray your hands with non-stick spray, then make round balls of cereal mixture. Place these on a cookie sheet, wire rack or waxed paper.
Add chocolate chips to medium microwave safe bowl and microwave in 30 second increments until melted. Stir until smooth.
Using a spoon or tongs, cover each Rice Krispie treat with chocolate and place on wire rack or waxed paper to cool.
