Ingredients
2poundschicken breastscut into thin strips
2large or 3 medium bell peppersany colors you prefer
1medium onion
1tablespoonolive oil
4teaspoonsFajitas Seasoning
1teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonpepper
Juice from one lime
Cilantroto garnish
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Cut the peppers, onion and chicken into thin strips.
Add the chicken and veggies to a bowl and drizzle them with olive oil. Stir the seasonings together, then add them to the bowl. Juice the lime into the bowl. Wearing disposable food safe gloves, mix everything together with your hands.
Grease a baking sheet and use tongs to arrange the chicken and veggies onto the baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the chicken is done and the veggies are tender.
Garnish with cilantro and serve on flour tortillas with your favorite toppings.
