Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces frozen spinach
  • 14.5 ounce can artichokes diced
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray medium baking dish with non-stick cooking spray (8"x8")
  • Cook the frozen spinach according to package directions. You may want to drain if it has excess liquid after cooking.
  • Combine all ingredients until well mixed, then pour into baking dish.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is bubbling and cooked through.
