mayonnaise

shredded mozzarella cheese

grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray medium baking dish with non-stick cooking spray (8"x8")
Cook the frozen spinach according to package directions. You may want to drain if it has excess liquid after cooking.
Combine all ingredients until well mixed, then pour into baking dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is bubbling and cooked through.
