ounces of fresh spinach

strawberries
hulled and sliced

walnuts or pecans
chopped
Fresh Raspberry Vinaigrette Ingredients

cup
raspberries
fresh or frozen
¼
cup
apple cider or balsamic vinegar
¼
cup
vegetable oil

tablespoons
raspberry yogurt

teaspoons
sugar

teaspoons
Dijon mustard
or 1 teaspoon dry mustard
pinch
salt
dash
pepper
Instructions
In a large bowl, toss spinach, strawberries, and nuts.
Add raspberries, vinegar, sugar, and mustard to a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Transfer to a mason jar or cruet.
Slowly add oil until well combined.
Stir in yogurt until combined.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Plate the salads. Drizzle the dressing over each salad.
