There is nothing as yummy as a caramel apple, unless of course, you are talking about this delicious Granola Coated Caramel Apple.  This is a great choice for someone who loves a bit of crunch on their apple.

The best part is how granola takes away some of the super sweet caramel taste that some don’t like by itself. The combination of a tart apple, sweet caramel, and crunchy granola makes for a wonderful treat.

INGREDIENTS

– 4 apples – 1 11-ounce bag of caramels – 2 tablespoons milk or water – 2 cups granola

Remove stems from apples. Rinse and pat dry.
