Ingredients

11-ounce bag of caramels

tablespoons
milk
or water

granola
Instructions
Remove stems from apples. Rinse and pat dry.
Place a Popsicle stick into the top of the apple where the stem was.
Spread a piece of wax paper on a baking sheet.
Add water to a saucepan over medium heat.
Remove caramels from packaging and place them into milk. Stir frequently as they melt, but do not allow to boil.
Once melted, remove from heat.
Hold an apple by the Popsicle stick and dip the apple into warm caramel. You may need to use a spoon to coat the apple evenly.
Place the coated apple on the wax paper.
Sprinkle granola over the caramel apples. You can use your hands or a clean spoon to press the granola into the apple coating.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour so caramel sets well.
