milk
or rice milk

Mustard
or GF mustard
Instructions
Preheat oven to broil. Cover a broiler safe pan with foil.
Place pork chops on foil and sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper.
Broil Pork Chops for 8 - 10 minutes on each side or until cooked through and juices run clear.
Melt butter; stir in flour, salt, and pepper.
Cook over low heat until mixture is smooth and bubbly.
Remove from heat; stir in milk. Reheat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Stir in mustard.
Spoon mustard sauce over pork chops.
