Instructions
Add meat and onion to a large pot. Cook until the meat is browned on all sides.
Add the beef broth, cabbage, carrots, potatoes, celery. Stir in the sage, basil, garlic powder, and parsley.
Cook the soup over medium-high heat until it reaches a boil.
Add the noodles and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
