Ingredients
2chicken breastscooked and shredded or chopped
½cupand 2 tablespoons buffalo wing sauce
1packet ranch dressing seasoning mix
½cupsour cream
18 ounces package cream cheese, softened
2cupsshredded Colby jack cheese
Sliced green onionsfor garnish
Instructions
Oven:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a stand mixer or large bowl, place chicken, ½ cup buffalo wing sauce, ranch seasoning, sour cream, cream cheese, and most of the Colby jack cheese (reserving some for topping). Mix until well blended.
Spread buffalo chicken mixture into small casserole dish. Bake for 15 minutes.
Top the dip with remaining buffalo wing sauce and cheese. Return to oven and bake for another 5 to 10 minutes until warm and bubbly.
Garnish with sliced green onion.
Slow Cooker:
In a stand mixer or large bowl, place chicken, ½ cup buffalo wing sauce, ranch seasoning, sour cream, cream cheese, and most of the Colby jack cheese (reserving some for topping). Mix until well blended.
Place mixed ingredients in a Crock-Pot or slow cooker. Cook on high for 2 hours or until bubbly.
Top with cheese and replace lid until the cheese has melted.
