Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Open the cinnamon rolls and discard the packaging.
Gently unroll each cinnamon roll one at a time and start rolling both sides of the cinnamon roll up to form a heart shape and place on the baking sheet.
Bake 13-15 minutes.
Remove the cinnamon rolls from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
While the cinnamon rolls are cooling, open the container of icing and squeeze into a small bowl.
Add 1 drop of pink food coloring and stir.
Scoop the pink icing into the sandwich baggy.
Use the kitchen scissors to snip one corner and gently squeeze the icing from the bag and onto the cinnamon rolls going in a back and forth motion.
