4sea bass fillets
2tablespoonsmelted butter or olive oil
1tablespoonwhole grain mustard
1teaspoonsmoked paprika
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspooncoarse-ground black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a small baking dish with a sheet of parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the mustard.
Add the paprika, salt, and pepper to the mustard mixture and stir to combine.
Baste the sea bass fillets on all sides with the mixture. Place fillets in the parchment lined baking dish.
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
