Black Bean Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

can reduced sodium black beans
1/3
cup
unsweetened almond or soy milk
2
tablespoons
cocoa powder
2
tablespoons
pure maple syrup
2
teaspoons
coconut oil
melted
1
individual packet of stevia
Optional: bananas
Instructions
Rinse and drain the beans and pour them into a high power blender or food processor.
Add the remaining ingredients and puree until smooth.
Refrigerate or serve. Top individual servings with banana slices if desired.
