2cupsof your favorite Sweet Tea
1cupwater
1cupgranulated sugar
2cupsfresh blackberriesdivided

Instructions
Prepare your the blackberry simple syrup. Add one cup of granulated sugar and one cup of water to a sauce pot over medium-high heat, add a 1/2 cup of fresh, washed and picked over blackberries. Using a muddler or a fork break berries apart to release juice. Bring mixture to a boil, then remove from heat. Cover with a lid and allow mixture to steep for ten minutes. Strain mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a Mason-style jar. Secure lid and refrigerate until the Blackberry Simple Syrup is cool, about 20 - 30 minutes.
Pour 1/2 blackberry simple syrup and 1/2 sweet tea into each Popsicle mold and freeze for an hour.
Add the remaining 1 1/2 cup of blackberries to masticating or centrifugal juicer, add juice to one cup of sweet tea. Remove Popsicle molds from the freezer and add the sweet tea and blackberry juice mixer to the fill-line of each mold.
Return molds to the freezer for 1 - 2 hours or overnight.
Remove the Blackberry Sweet Popsicles from molds and serve.
