fine cornmeal

all-purpose flour
use rice flour to make gluten-free

egg
1
T.
milk

tsp.
hot sauce

ground black pepper

garlic salt
oil for frying
Instructions
Heat 1/4" of oil in a large saucepan.
Place rice flour, pepper, and garlic salt in one shallow container until combined.
In a second container whisk together egg, milk, and hot sauce.

Slice green tomatoes roughly 1/2" thick, then cut into strips.
