Cranberry and Sugar Plum Ice Ring

Ingredients

granulated sugar

cup
whole Cranberries
2 -3
springs of Rosemary
2 - 3
Ripe Plums

water

Bundt Cake Pan
Instructions
In a bowl add water and sugar, stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Pour the sugar water mixture into the Bundt cake pan.
Add whole cranberries and sprigs of rosemary.
Place the Bundt cake pan into the freezer section for 45-minutes.
Remove from the freezer and add the slices of sugared plums.
Return to freezer and remove after two hours. This ice ring can be made a day or two ahead.
Add the ice ring to your punch bowl and serve.
