Ingredients
1pounddried red beanssorted and rinsed
128 ounce candiced tomatoes
1poundhamcubed
1poundsmoked or andouille sausagecut in half and sliced
1cupchopped celery
1cupchopped onion
1cupchopped green bell pepper
2bay leaves
2clovesgarlicminced
1teaspoondried thyme
1teaspoondried oregano

Instructions
Place all of the ingredients EXCEPT the rice into the slow cooker.
Stir the ingredients to combine.
Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or until the beans are tender.
