Head Cabbage
Prefer Napa but any variety works well

Sliced Green Onions

3oz packaged Ramen Noodles crushed
Dressing Ingredients:
¼
Cup
Rice Wine Vinegar
¼
Cup
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¼
Cup
Low Sodium Soy Sauce
or Bragg’s Liquid Aminos

Teaspoon
Ginger Powder

Teaspoon
Garlic Powder

Tablespoon
Sesame Seeds
Instructions
In large bowl mix together shredded cabbage, green onions and ramen noodle pieces.
In small bowl whisk together vinegar, olive oil, soy, garlic, ginger and sesame seeds.
Pour dressing over salad and mix thoroughly lightly coating all parts.
Chill until time to serve.
Notes
Optional: Lightly toasted slivered almonds and/or shredded chicken are great to add to the salad as well.
