Ingredients

cups
all-purpose flour
divided
1
packet
0.25 ounce, fast-rising instant yeast (or 1 tablespoon)
1
tablespoon
granulated sugar
1/4
teaspoon
salt
2/3
cup
warm water
105-110 degrees F
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup or flour (reserving the rest for step 3), sugar, salt and yeast.
Mix well.
Add the water and mix until the dough is sticky.
Add remaining reserved flour and toss to coat.
Knead dough about 15-20 times or until you have a ball formed.
Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 15 minutes.
Remove from bowl and spread onto a lightly greased pizza stone or pan creating a 10-12 inch pizza.
Add your favorite toppings.
Bake at 450 degrees F for 8-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and begins to brown.
Notes
