Ingredients
Pie Crust:
9

crunchy granola bars
we used gf honey flavored

butter
melted
Pie Filling:

sugar

cornstarch

blackberry fusion gelatin powder

8oz. pkg. of cream cheese
softened

cup
powdered sugar

tablespoon
milk

teaspoon
vanilla

Instructions
Pie Crust Directions:
Crush granola bars in a food processor or in a bowl with a potato masher:
Add melted butter to crushed granola and mix well.
Press into greased 9 inch pie dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.
Pie Filling Directions:
In a small saucepan combine the sugar, cornstarch, and water until smooth. Bring to a boil.
Cook and stir for 2 minutes, or until thickened.
Remove from heat; stir in gelatin until dissolved.
Cool to room temperature. Refrigerate until slightly thickened.
In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the pie crust.
Arrange berries on top of the cream cheese mixture.
Spoon the gelatin mixture over berries.
Refrigerate until set.
