Peppermint Chocolate Drizzled Flavored Popcorn

dark chocolate chips

peppermint extract

crushed candy canes
Wilton pearlized nonpareil sprinkles

Miniature marshmallows
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pop your popcorn
Remove any seeds from your popcorn and spread out onto your baking sheet
Place your candy canes into a freezer bag and use a meat tenderizer to crush
Sprinkle your crushed candy canes and marshmallows over your popcorn
In a small microwave-safe dish, heat your dark chocolate chips on 50% power for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until melted
Mix in your peppermint extract with your melted dark chocolate and pour into a small sandwich bag
Cut a tiny corner off the bottom of your sandwich bag and drizzle your chocolate over your popcorn
Top off with sprinkles, let your chocolate harden, and enjoy!
