of pumpkin puree
1/4

of frozen blueberries

Deglet Noor or Honey Dates
find them in the dried fruit section

cup
of almond milk
chilled
1/2
teaspoon
of cinnamon
1/2
teaspoon
of pure vanilla extract
Instructions
Using a blender, add pumpkin puree, frozen blueberries and dates, pulse a few times.
In a small bowl combine almond milk, vanilla and cinnamon, stir.
Pour almond milk mixture into blender and pulse all ingredients together.
Pour into a glass.
Serve.
