Ingredients

cooked quinoa

cut into bite-size pieces

small Fuji apples
cored and cut into bite-size pieces

mayonnaise

balsamic Italian dressing

Instructions
Add the quinoa, chicken, apple, onion, and pecans to a large bowl.
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Italian dressing, and sugar.
Pour the dressing over the salad and stir until the salad is completely coated in the dressing.
Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
