Salted Caramel Rice Krispies With Pumpkin Fudge Topping

package Mini Marshmallows

Salted Butter

Rice Krispies Cereal

Salted Caramel Sauce
1 1/2

Semisweet Chocolate Chips

Pumpkin Puree

teaspoon
pumpkin pie spice
Non-stick spray
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, melt butter.
Add marshmallows to butter and continue melting over medium heat. Stir constantly to prevent burning.
Once marshmallows are mostly melted, add in salted caramel sauce and stir to blend.
Pour Rice Krispies cereal into large bowl.
Pour caramel marshmallow mixture over cereal and stir until well coated.
Spray cook sheet with non-stick spray.
Press marshmallow mixture into cookie sheet and spread with spatula until smooth and even.
In a medium saucepan, heat pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice and chocolate chips until chocolate has melted.
Remove pumpkin and chocolate puree from heat and pour over cereal treats. Spread evenly.
Allow to cool and cut into serving sizes.
