Ingredients

Instructions
Add olive oil to large skillet.
Over medium high heat, cook bell pepper, onions, and garlic in olive oil for 1 –2 minutes.
Add cauliflower curds, and cook for 5 minutes; stirring regularly.
Add carrots and dash or two of pepper and cook for 5 minutes more; continuing to stir regularly.
