Ingredients

sticks unsalted sweet cream butter
room temperature

cups
all-purpose flour
sifted

cup
of granulated sugar
4
eggs at room temperature
2
teaspoons
of pure vanilla extract
1/2
teaspoon
of sea salt or Kosher salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Using a baker's brush coat a 9" x 5" loaf pan with butter.
In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment beat the softened butter and sugar until it is light and fluffy.
Begin adding the eggs one by one making sure each egg is fully mixed before adding the next egg.
Add in kosher salt and pure vanilla extract.
With the stand mixer on its lowest setting slowly, gradually add flour, beating just until combined (do not over mix).
Pour the batter into the loaf pan and let it stand for 3-4 minutes to settle.
Bake in a pre-heated oven for an hour or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
